I always say I'm going to savor every moment, and I totally plan on it. It's just hard when this is what every moment of their waking hours looks like...a blur:
But they are my favorite little blurry streaks of energy...and I cannot imagine how boring and stationary life might be without them. So I'll do my best to sit back and enjoy every waking, screaming, laughing moment of this holiday season...for their sake and mine.

And yes time goes so fast. I sometimes forget that I have a child that has moved out and another one about to finish high school. Weren't they just babies oh yesterday? Like my friends says, "I must have been a child bride". Time goes so fast.
